The Must Have Kitchen Equivalency Chart

by Florentina on March 14, 2012

I realize that not everyone cooks like me: a little pinch of this, a little pinch of that, a handful of basil and so on so forth.  It’s just how I grew up and watched everyone around me do it and it kind of gave me the chance to be a little chemist of my own and see what happens when you mix up spices and herbs and quantities.

I feel that cooking is just  like any other form of art but I also know that sometimes you need an exact formula, like in baking these Blueberry & Ricotta Muffins, or if you just want to follow a recipe exactly.

So here is the Must Have Kitchen Equivalency Chart you can refer to anytime you need exact measurements and you can even drag the image to your desktop or save it in your phone.

Hi Lionette, you should drag it to your desktop then e-mail to yourself and open that email on your phone. I’m pretty sure you need to have a smart phone for that to work. Hope this helps, Ciao!

Also if you open the e-mail on your phone just tap the photo and it will give you an option to save it in your camera roll. I hope that helps.
