Hello,

I love watching Fabio’s cooking videos, he is so funny and a kick to watch! My husband first came across his Short Ribs video two weeks ago, we made them the next day – they were great. We made the eggplant dip yesterday, for the NFC Championship game, it was delish.

My husband and I live in the Bay Area but on our next trip to Southern California, we will defintely make reseravations at one of his restaurants.

btw…Chow Ciao – very clever name. :)

Amazing magazine! I was just directed to this on Facebook and I’ve forgotten how much I love to cook until I saw this. I’m hoping to get back to the kitchen soon. Stunning work!
