Creamy Risotto would have to be one of my favorites! Any dish with lots of cheese rocks too!!! :-)

It would have to be something rustic that I grew up eating, like my grandma's stew chicken with polenta.

It use to be my momma's Chicken Dumplings but the last couple of years I have had this fascination with Eggplant parmesan but probably wouldn't turn down a bowl of those dumplings!

My best comfort food is pizza. I love the New York thin style. There is ONE place I can get this kind here where I live, however they don't deliver :( Since I'm from Georgia, I'd also have to say fried chicken, love it, love it lol. Steak and any kind of seafood are also high on the list.
