Basil Peach Bellini Cocktail Recipe

Basil Peach Bellini Cocktail Recipe

Who’s hosting brunch this Sunday ? I’m making us the loveliest cocktails, courtesy of VOVETI  Prosecco, this basil peach bellini cocktail recipe is everything, and you can make it in 5 minutes.

Lucky me I stocked up on beautiful peaches this past summer, I spent an entire afternoon, peeling, slicing and freezing the juiciest most fragrant peaches ever. Worth every minute of it, because they made the most delicious sweet peach puree to use as a base in my cocktails.

You all know I have a thing for the basil peach marriage, they go together like peanut butter and jelly. Insanely delicious ! Don’t you just wanna take a sip ?

Basil Peach Bellini Cocktail Recipe

For this lovely Basil Peach Bellini Cocktail I pureed some of the peaches with a little touch of agave, squeezed a few basil leaves in the palm of my hand to release its flavors and topped it all with sparkling VOVETI Prosecco.

So refreshing, bubbly and with lively fruit flavors the VOVETI Prosecco is the perfect choice for the ultimate elegant Peach Bellini Cocktail. Too bad only 15,000 cases are produces annually, but I take quality over quantity any day of the week. VOVETI is upscale but affordable, just perfect for a casual Sunday brunch. And nothing beats Sunday brunch and peach bellini cocktails, true story kids 😉

I have never had basil in a cocktail before. I think it would add such a depth of flavor. I cannto wait to try it.
