An easy, delicious sparkling Italian cocktail made with strawberry puree, orange juice and chilled Riondo Prosecco
Make the strawberry orange nectar by pureeing 1/2 lb fresh hulled strawberries with 1 cup orange juice. (Optional to strain and remove and tiny seeds and particles).
Divide between 6 champagne flutes filled half way and top with the Riondo Prosecco.
Serve with a bowl of fresh strawberries on the side.
