Ingredients

Toppings:

  • 2 blood oranges sliced
  • 2 kiwis sliced
  • 1 clementine segmented
  • 10 banana bites
  • 2 tbsp coconut chips sea salt & caramel
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 4 tbsp candied walnuts
  • 2 tbsp bee pollen
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 10 leaves basil

Instructions

  • Divide the cottage cheese an granola between two bowls.
  • Top with the sliced oranges, clementines, cranberries, kiwi, banana bites, candied walnuts and coconut chips.
  • Drizzle with the honey and sprinkle with the bee pollen and fresh basil. Enjoy !
