Ingredients

thick of crusty bread

clove
large garlic

tbsp
extra virgin olive oil

large ripe heirloom tomato
halved crosswise
sea salt to taste
your favorite sprig of fresh herbs

Instructions
Char the bread on a cast iron plate on both sides and rub it with the garlic clove.
Brush it with the olive oil and rub it with he cut side of the tomato until disintegrated. Season with a good pinch of sea salt and sprinkle with some fresh herbs.
