Paloma Cocktail Recipe

A simple Paloma cocktail recipe with a twist, made with Sauvignon Blanc white wine and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.

  • 3 oz Frontera Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1/2 grapefruit - juiced
  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • sparkling water
  • salt for rimming


  • Sprinkle some salt on a plate. Swipe a wedge of lime on the rim of the glass then place it in the salt. Shake any excess.
  • Mix together the grapefruit and lime juice with the wine and sugar. Stir until combined and the sugar has dissolved.
  • Fill a glass with ice then pour the cocktail over it. Finish with the sparkling water and serve with a straw.
