A simple Paloma cocktail recipe with a twist, made with Sauvignon Blanc white wine and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.
Sprinkle some salt on a plate. Swipe a wedge of lime on the rim of the glass then place it in the salt. Shake any excess.
Mix together the grapefruit and lime juice with the wine and sugar. Stir until combined and the sugar has dissolved.
Fill a glass with ice then pour the cocktail over it. Finish with the sparkling water and serve with a straw.
