A simple cucumber detox spa water recipe made with fresh lemons and mint.

Ingredients
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 7-8 sprigs mint or lemon balm
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 2 c ice
Instructions
  1. Rinse then thinly slice the cucumber and lemons.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a pitcher, pour filtered water over them and let sit in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Serve over ice.
