Cucumber Detox Spa Water with Lemon and Mint
A simple cucumber detox spa water recipe made with fresh lemons and mint.
Servings 6 people
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 English cucumber
- 7-8 sprigs mint or lemon balm
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 2 c ice
Rinse then thinly slice the cucumber and lemons.
Add all the ingredients to a pitcher, pour filtered water over them and let sit in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Serve over ice.
