This Burrata Peach Salad Recipe is an explosion of summer flavors & textures from sweet peaches, creamy burrata, basil & a pomegranate balsamic dressing.

  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 yellow peaches
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate balsamic vinegar aged
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp wild honey
  • 2 leaves sprigs basil only
  • sea salt to taste
  1. Pat dry the burrata cheese and gently tear it with your hands. Set it on a serving platter.
  2. Slice or dice the yellow peaches and place them around the burrata cheese.
  3. Sprinkle the entire dish with the pomegranate seeds.
  4. Whisk together the honey, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with a pinch of sea salt and adjust seasonings to your taste with more lemon juice or honey.
  5. Drizzle the burrata peach salad with the lemon honey dressing and pomegranate balsamic vinegar.
  6. Garnish with the fresh basil leaves and enjoy !

If you are not a fan of balsamic vinegar, this salad is perfectly delicious with just the lemon honey dressing.
